Fragola opened its first shop in 2011, located in the heart of Budapest. Since its inception, the company has steadily expanded, opening new shops and growing its network of franchise partners each year. Since 2019, the Fragola has expanded into a chain of Italian bistros and restaurants, serving premium quality pizza, Italian pasta, fish and meat dishes, starters and desserts all year round. For the ultimate authentic Italian experience, the menu includes Italian gourmet beers, wines, artisan lemonades and even the pistachio tiramisu, as well as green olives from the exquisite landscapes of Italy. Our professional chefs use local and Italian ingredients to conjure up wonderful flavours with the Fragola identity.

As a ‘child’ of the Fragola ice cream shop and restaurant chain, ‘Dolce Farina Niente’ the gluten-free bistro was born, offering delicious food, drinks and desserts not only for gluten-intolerant guests, but for all our guests who want to eat healthy gluten, sugar or dairy free courses.
