We focus on the exceptional quality of our ice creams, high fruit content, unique flavour creations, continuous innovation and renewal. We offer health-conscious flavours using natural ingredients. Special fruits and spices are not only delicious, but also provide health benefits. The macui berry comes from Chile and Argentina. Acai, goji and pomegranate, are special flavours with outstanding ORAC value. The turmeric, fig, kiwi, Sorrento lemon, and grapefruit are always popular in the Fragola ice cream shops. From the OG classics the strawberry cheesecake, fondente chocolate and pistachio are some of the most favourite flavours. We have a selection of 120 flavours in total. There are always specialities to choose from alongside the classic favourites in our ice cream shops. Some of most special flavours are Fragola`s own development, the cream nutella and cream pistachio, which include the coolness of a gelato and the tasteful creamyness of a dessert.

The development is continuous, with new creations coming every year, but the ideas do not only revolve around new flavours, but also around health-conscious and sustainable innovations, following international trends.
